1. Half Price Initial Cleaning and Protector Application
To help you get started with the Perfect Care Programme™,
we're only going to ask you to pay for half of the first
cleaning and protector application. This is just one of
the huge savings and benefits of subscribing to the programme.
2. Free Bottle of Professional Spot Remover
We'll leave a free bottle of spotter after the first cleaning
so that should you accidentally spill something, then you
have the correct spotter to use. And if you can't take care
of the spot or spill yourself then all you need to do is
call us and present us with a valid voucher (which we give
you upon registration) when we arrive and we'll work on
the spot for free.

Free Emergency Spot Removal Visits (worth £70.00
each!)
If you or someone in your home should accidentally spill
or tread something onto your carpet that you cannot remove
yourself, even with the free spot remover we give you, just
give us a call and we'll come out at no additional charge
to your regular monthly payment and do our best to remove
the spot or spill.
(N.B. Free spot removal visits only apply to carpets or
furniture specifically included in the Perfect Care Programme™)
4. FREE Highlight Clean
Every six months between each full cleaning, we'll return
and clean the main areas that get used the most to help
prevent those ugly traffic lanes from reappearing.
(N.B. Highlight Clean™ is for traffic lanes and limited
spots only. No furniture will be moved. We will not be cleaning
whole rooms, just those portions of rooms that are spotted
or slightly soiled.)
5. One Full Cleaning And Protector Application Every 12
Months
At the end of each 12 months, we will return again to re-clean
and top-up the protective coating to all the carpets and
furniture you have included in the Perfect Care Programme™
with no additional cost to your regular monthly payments.
As you can see, there is tremendous value built into the
Perfect Care Programme™. Your carpets and upholstery
need never look or smell dirty again. And they will certainly
last much, much longer before you have to replace them.
In fact, you'll only change them because you fancy a change,
not because they look dreadful. And if you do replace them,
the new carpets and upholstery will be covered by the Perfect
Care Programme™ exactly where the old ones left off.
