Truck Mounted Cleaner
  
Rotovac
 
 
The truck mounted machine we use is the Steamway 9100LX. This machine uses unleaded fuel to power its water cooled 22HP Kawasaki engine, provides enough suction to vacuum 330 cfm (cubic feet per minute) and weighs 500 lbs.
 

The Rotovac has two stainless steel cleaning heads which counter-rotate at 250 RPM. Each cleaning head has three solution jets and three vacuum slots. This produces 1500 multi-directional cleaning passes per minute... all day long.
  
 
     
Texatherm System
 
 

Texatherm has been approved by Interface Europe and other leading carpet manufacturers.

The system achieves superb results on both domestice and commercial carpets. The cleaning f low profile commercial carpet tiles has always proved difficult as the lack of airflow often leaves much of the dirt behind. The unique Texatherm System uses an exothermic reaction created by mixing two solutions and combining it with a heated pad. This creates a capillary action which in turn causes the oil film and dirt that is bound to the fibre to wick from the base to the surface where it can be absorbed by the pads.

This portable twin vac machine is used in areas we cannot get the van to or would require two longer hose run, such as when working on cruiseliners.

The SX-12 blasts soil and dirt from the tile, grout and smooth or rough hard surfaces. The rotary arm spins to create amazing soil blasting power working from 700 to 2,000psi while the vaccum port picks up all the waste.
